X-rays are a diagnostic test that shows infection, injury, and disease in the bones. A podiatrist would use X-rays to properly diagnose and treat problems with the bones of the foot and ankle. X-rays can reveal abnormal bone growth or changes and can monitor the alignment of bones as they heal after a fracture. X-rays are also used to reveal foreign objects that have penetrated the skin and tissue.

When you walk in the door at SYRACUSE PODIATRY, you will be greeted by friendly caring staff. The facility is neat and clean and obviously up-to-date. My experience with Dr. D’Amico and his staff was very positive. They were personable, listened to my concerns and explain the options. I was very pleased with the experience and recommend this practice.

Courteous, caring staff from the reception onward. Dr. Cronin was very considerate and thoughtful. Grace was extraordinary, a real artist at work! I have rarely seen such a perfectionist in any clinic.

Dr. D’Amico and his assistants were fantastic. He explained everything he was doing and thinking, and the rationale behind it, not only in an understandable way, but in a way that really was very interesting. After one visit, I’m convinced going to this doctor and this facility was an extremely good decision.

I was impressed with how quickly I got an appointment, with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and with Dr. D’Amico. I appreciated his personal phone follow-up as well. The most satisfying and helpful medical experience I’ve had in decades. Thanks to all!
